“Farovon” Hotel officially opens in Khiva

The 4-star hotel managed by SQB Asset Management takes Khiva's tourism infrastructure to a new level.

In the historic centre of Khiva, the “Farovon” hotel, developed with the participation of SQB Asset Management, has officially opened. The 4-star, 120-room hotel offers modern services for both local and international tourists.

The project aims to increase tourist flow in the region and create new jobs. Construction and fit-out of the hotel were carried out in full accordance with institutional standards.

Project outcomes

• 120 modern hotel rooms
• More than 150 new jobs
• Conference halls and a restaurant complex

“Tourism is one of the priority sectors of our regional economy. We will continue to make long-term investments in projects like this,” the company’s management noted.
